Loogies Are Funny

When a kid gives you his first smiles, you do just about anything to get him to repeat it. You put your body into acrobatics, your face into weird contortions, your words into gobbledy-guk, just to get a grin.  Kids exist to make adults look ridiculous.

But then, oh then, you get a glimse of his first giggle...and you're doing nothing short of hocking up fake loogies to get them to laugh again.

And that is how we know he is a boy.
